well since i barely do anything this summer i wana loose weigth i weigth 170 lbs and 13 years old and am 5'4 tall . and i wana loose 30 - 40 punds in 2 months exactly starting today july 6 till september 7 and some tips on how to loose weigth .
i wana loose it by dieting and a little bit of exercise .
