Question by jaw dropper: How do I put weight on my outside to help me from putting weight on the inside?
When I feel heavier, I eat less.
To work the system, how could I put weight on my outside, so that I would eat less and not put weight on the inside?
People use weights when they're exercising. How could I put weights on to wear throughout the day? Does anything like this exist?
